In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we request 48 hours notice
should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. We send email/text appointment confirmations 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services. If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled.
A credit card is required to be kept on file for new clients to schedule an appointment. Again, we require at least 48 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
We understand that sometimes life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 5 minutes or more to your reserved appointment, please call or text the salon at 570.801.6266!
We highly value our guest's time and work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Therefore should you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into our next appointment.
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests who come in to relax, and we also care about the safety of your little ones. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We love children and children are welcome if they are receiving services but a busy salon can be dangerous place for curious, bored children. Please do not bring children to appointments longer than 30 minutes.
Service Adjustment Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction, however, if you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color please call to let us know within 7 days of your visit. We will correct the issue with no additional charge. This policy applies only to technical issues. Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in consultation, this policy does not apply. When you require additional services to achieve your goal, this policy also does not apply. We do not offer monetary refunds for any services performed.
Retail Return Policy
We will accept retail returns at full credit within 7 days after initial purchase, when purchased in salon, in like new condition.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards should be treated as cash - we cannot look up a gift card value for you without the card. Gift cards that are purchased at a discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers when redeemed. Gift cards purchased on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and a few days prior to Christmas during the 12 Days of Christmas are not redeemable until Jan 1st of the new year.
Please communicate all health issues prior to services so that we can give you the best service. Some medications may affect some chemical services outcomes. Knowing about this ahead of time may allow us to avoid any complications.
